On Friday 10 November, Iain Stewart MP visited the local IKEA store in Bletchley.
Iain met with the Store Manager, Kim, and other co-members at the store.
The co-members asked Iain some questions including local transport and affordable housing, which Iain shared the work being done by the Government in these areas.
During his time there, Iain heard about how IKEA came to fruition and the positive impact it is having on the local community of Milton Keynes.
Iain was particularly impressed with the amount of support they offer to local community groups and charities through manpower and IKEA goods.
Finally, Iain had the opportunity to walk around the store to hear about how IKEA try to keep their products at an affordable price and the wide variety of products they offer.
